ADA Transition Plan – Public Survey
The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is dedicated to providing quality services and recreation programs that are inclusive and accessible to all patrons. An ADA Transition Plan identifies physical barriers to access and develops a plan to complete needed upgrades. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) states that Title II agencies must have a Transition Plan, schedule, and budget to achieve ADA compliance. Agencies must also provide annual updates on the removal of barriers. The M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation, Prince George’s County is in the process of updating our ADA Transition Plan and invites you to join the conversation! Please take our brief survey below to share your thoughts on the accessibility of the Department’s facilities, parks, events, and programs for people with disabilities. The survey will be open through October 31, 2024.
