Saturday, April 18, 11 am–2 pm: Celebrate Earth Day all month long! Join us at Old Maryland Farm in Watkins Regional Park to celebrate and connect with the people, places, and natural resources that make Prince George’s County special. Come watch our sheep get sheared! There will also be free nature activities, arts and crafts, giveaways, and more!

FREE activities include:

  • Sheep Shearing Demo by Shroeder Shearing 
  • The Black Food Truck Pop-up (farmers market on wheels!) 
  • Stable Animal Meet & Greet 
  • Fiber Arts Demos & DIY Crafts
