A Walk with Toto at Watkins Regional Park

Enjoy a walk in the park with your family and furry friends dressed in their best Toto or Wonderful Wizard of Oz costumes. (Costume contest will take place after the walk.) 

Face coverings are required; dogs must be on a leash.
