SUMMARY:Melissa Burley: The Fragility of Things
DESCRIPTION:* This exhibition runs May 23–Jun. 21\, with a public reception on Fri.\, Jun. 12. * \n\n\n\n“We inhabit a time when things have become more fragile and urgently in need of delicate tending.”– William E. Connolly \n\n\n\nIn The Fragility of Things\, Burley reflects on vulnerability in an era shaped by uncertainty – environmental\, political\, and deeply personal. Drawing on natural forms like eggs and seeds\, her work explores fragility not as weakness\, but as a space where resilience and quiet strength can emerge\, inviting viewers to consider their own balance between growth and breaking.
