Yamas: Girls Youth Yoga Fest

Ages 8-17

Girls ages 8-17 are invited to enjoy an afternoon of mindful activities, relaxing music, therapeutic crafts, and yoga with instructor Ms.Toni. Yoga sessions will be split up by age groups and equipment will be provided for class. Refreshments will be available while supplies last.
